If the product deviates significantly from the product with the required characteristics, the company will inform the customer and act according to the agreement. NOTE: When ordering goods, the customer confirms that he was familiar with the general conditions. The processing of personal data such as the name, surname, address, email address and telephone number of the respondent will always be in accordance with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data and the legal regulations of the member applicable on the adaptivocibus.hr website. The customer's personal data will be used for the purpose of issuing invoices and delivery via courier service.
The conditions of sale define the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery and return, i.e. complaints of goods offered on the slovapisupricu.com website.
The seller of the products offered in the online store is the company (Adaptivo Cibus d.o.o. for services), and the buyer of the goods is a visitor to the website who orders at least one product through the offered communication channels. Goods can be ordered via e-mail, phone and message on the store's official Facebook, Instagram page, Messenger, WhatsApp and Viber channels.
Orders/Delivery
NOTE: When ordering, the customer fills in personal data (name, surname, address, postal code, mobile phone number) in order to deliver the package to the Customer's address. The company undertakes to protect the personal data of customers in accordance with the Law on the Implementation of the General Regulation on Data Protection and undertakes not to transfer personal data to third parties without the consent of the customer (except for data for which there is a legitimate interest for the purpose of delivering the purchased product). .
We deliver products from our online store to the area of the City of Zagreb. All orders received on a working day (Monday - Friday) will be processed immediately and the shipment will usually be delivered within 5-8 working days. The cost of delivery is included in the price of the product.
Liability for material defects and warranty
In the event that the customer receives a damaged or defective product, it is necessary to inform the Company about the damage as soon as possible to the specified e-mail address or a message via social networks, and the product will be replaced at the Company's expense. Material defects do not include product characteristics related to design, shape or color.
The company is not responsible for damage caused during the transportation of the product, and the customer is obliged to check whether there are any marks on the packed packages that could indicate damage to the product.
Dispute resolution
The contracting party will try to resolve all disputes amicably and out of court, in good faith. Otherwise, they contract the jurisdiction of the court according to the place of residence or seat of the seller.
Terms of payment
Current possible forms of payment are:

Returns / Complaints
The customer has the right to cancel the order at any time before receiving the package with the ordered products. If he wants to cancel the order after the shipment has been handed over to the delivery service, the customer has the right to refuse to receive the package without additional costs.
If the contents of the shipment do not correspond to the order, the buyer can return the shipment, and the seller will send him the correct product without additional postage costs.
Complaints about mechanical damage inside the package must be reported to the retailer within 5 working days of receiving the package. We do not accept subsequent damage claims!
Products with visible signs of use or packaging that cannot be returned to its original state after opening are excluded from the right of return.
The products that the buyer returns to the seller must be unused, in the original packaging, with all associated parts, undamaged and in full working order with the attached invoice provided by the seller. Along with the returned products, the customer must attach the current/transaction account number to which the refund will be made.
Products that were delivered as a set must be returned as a set. The seller is not obliged to receive the shipment with the ransom and the shipment for which it is not necessary to pay additional costs (letter or recommendation via Croatian post).
If the customer receives the package and the product is defective/damaged, he must inform us about the problem within 5 working days, and if he wants a replacement, the seller will make a replacement at his own expense. Complaints after the specified deadline will not be accepted.
All other cases are resolved in the complaint process, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act and the Obligatory Relations Act.
The buyer is obliged to inform the seller about the complaint by e-mail sent to the address info@adaptivocibus.hr.
If the customer ordered and received the product, and wants to return it due to dissatisfaction, the refund will be reduced by the complete handling costs (transportation). Also, if the product has visible signs of use/damages, which are not identical to the new delivered item, an assessment is made and an additional reduction of the return is made.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
You can unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
In order to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, you must notify us of your decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the expiration of the term by an unequivocal statement sent by mail or electronic mail, in which you will state your name and surname, address, telephone number, telefax or e-mail address, and you can also use the attached sample form for unilateral termination of the contract.
